I started CrossFit in 2018 to help with my training when I competed in obstacle racing. After my first few classes I was hooked because of the environment and the ability to measure the progress, just ask, I probably have a spreadsheet for it “ha-ha”.

Favorite Cheat Meal: Donuts for my sweet tooth, Hibachi & Sushi “I don’t like to use the word cheat” It means I did something wrong” I don’t see anything wrong with this LOL.
