Fundamentals class is for new CrossFitter’s. Each class will go over the foundations of movements and exercises to teach to the knowledge you need to complete a WOD. At the end of class you will complete a WOD using the movements you just learned.
This class will be limited in size so please contact us to reserve a spot. Classes will be every Tuesday/Thursday at 6:30pm and run for 4 weeks. At the end of the 4 weeks you transition to our regular WOD schedule.
First class starts 3/1/2016 at 6:30pm. Class runs every Tuesday/Thursday for 4 weeks. $85.
